1. General Eligibility

2. Products & Availability

• Food & Grocery Products: UKOnlineFoods specializes in authentic North Karnataka food products, including ready-to-eat rotties, chutney powders, regional snacks, and flours.
• Product Freshness: Our items are packaged to maintain freshness without artificial preservatives.
• Stock & Pricing: Product pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per order.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our platform constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery fees depend on order value and location. Standard delivery charges (for example, ₹99) or location-based delivery rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

4. Payments

• We accept multiple payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and Credit/Debit Cards.
• For online payments, transactions are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.
• In the case of COD orders, failure to pay upon delivery may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account for future purchases.

5. Delivery & Store Pickup

• Delivery Window: Standard orders are typically processed and delivered within 1 to 4 business days depending on the destination area.
• Store Pickup: If selected during checkout, orders can be picked up at our registered address during operational hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
• Delivery Responsibility: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unreachability, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food items:

• No Return / No Refund Policy: Once a good product is sold, delivered, or collected, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Order Cancellation: Orders once placed and dispatched cannot be canceled.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91-77953 37476 or email at support@ukonlinefoods.com along with photos of the damaged package and your Order ID for verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of UKOnlineFoods and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any material is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

UKOnlineFoods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services or products.

While we ensure high standards of hygiene and quality control, customers with specific food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to review product ingredients carefully prior to consumption.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
